CANTON, Miss. (WLBT) - The annual Mississippi Championship Hot Air Balloon Fest is set for this weekend, and preparations are already underway.
The festival runs from June 26 through June 28, celebrating the hot air balloon festival and America’s 250th birthday.
Organizers say the event will include hot air balloon races, live music, evening balloon glows, food, and other activities.
Family activities include face painting and tethered balloon rides. Fireworks are also planned.
